Privacy notice
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data we receive through this website, why, and what rights you have. We collect as little as possible.
Who is responsible
WorkGuardAI is the controller of the personal data described here.
WorkGuardAI Ab
Business ID 3465002-8
Espoo, Finland
Email: ek@workguardai.com
What we collect
When you send the pilot call form: your name, company, role, type of site, whether you have DWG plans, email address and your message. When you email us: what you write and your email address.
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and to discuss a possible pilot with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
- Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives the form and delivers it to our email. Your data is transferred to the United States for this; Formspree's privacy policy states that it makes such transfers as permitted by law and keeps the data appropriately protected.
- Google Workspace provides our email and stores the messages we receive.
- GitHub, Inc. hosts this website. Like any web server, it may log technical data such as IP addresses for security.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We copy each request into our own records and then delete it from Formspree. If a request does not lead to a pilot or other cooperation, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to ek@workguardai.com and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi); you can also contact the authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
